GEORGIA / 3D MODELING & DIGITAL TWINS

Explore the place.
Understand the space.

Connected aerial and ground imaging for a spatial perspective on buildings, site relationships, and visible exterior details.

FOR BUILDING OWNERS, PROPERTY TEAMS & PROJECT PARTNERS

Give the project
a spatial perspective.

A model can help a team explore how parts of a place relate to one another. It is most useful when the capture and presentation are planned around a specific task, whether that is exterior documentation, visual communication, or a broader digital twin workflow.

THE RIGHT CAPTURE / THE RIGHT PURPOSE

Built around your brief.

Agree the scope, outputs, and delivery
before capture begins.

  1. 01

    Building and site models

Discuss three-dimensional capture of visible building exteriors and the surrounding site.

  2. 02

    Aerial and ground perspectives

Plan complementary viewpoints around the features you need to capture and the level of coverage your project calls for.

  3. 03

    A defined viewing workflow

Agree how the model will be delivered and explored, including viewer requirements, software needs, and any access arrangements.

A CLEARER UNDERSTANDING

A model with
a defined purpose.

The term digital twin can describe different kinds of projects. A captured model is not automatically a live operational system. If your plans involve asset information, updates over time, integrations, or specific measurement requirements, tell us at the outset so the full scope can be confirmed.

START WITH THE PURPOSE

A useful first conversation.

Share what you know. We’ll help identify the right imaging approach.

  1. 01Building or site location and features of interest
  2. 02The task the model should help your team perform
  3. 03Interior or exterior coverage requirements
  4. 04Viewer, delivery, integration, and update expectations

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

When is a model more useful than photos or video?

A model can be useful when viewers need to explore spatial relationships or revisit a place from different viewpoints. Photos and film may be a better fit for a straightforward marketing story. We can discuss which output serves your actual objective.

Does a digital twin include live asset data?

Not automatically. Geometry, visual detail, linked information, and live operational data are different parts of a possible scope. Any integrations or ongoing updates need to be separately discussed and confirmed.

Can you confirm a viewer or file format before capture?

Yes, delivery requirements should be part of the initial discussion. Tell us who needs access and which software or viewer your team expects to use so the approach can be confirmed.
